  5. I love the blue and black together- mysterious and calming at the same time.

  6. Beautiful. I didn't even have to see the painting. The pictures leading up to the finished work of art were art in themselves. Beautiful.

  7. Umm...WOW!! I love your pictures! And I love the finished tree but your pictures are also so lovely! How long have you been painting. Photography questions: What ISO setting did you use? What kind of camera do you have? Do you shoot in manual? What's your tip for getting your pictures so clear? Sorry to bombard you!

    1. Thank you, Elizabeth. =) I only just paint and doodle occasionally with the children. It's relaxing and good to show three kids by example that painting and drawing is fun! I love my camera. It's a splurge, but one you will never regret. Bought the Nikon D90 body with the 50mm 1.8 lens and that is what I took these pics with. ISO was 200, aperture big like 2.8 or 1.8. I shoot everything manual. It's very easy once you get a DSLR and start taking pics on manual. Clear photos..I think it's just the lens and the camera and God's good sunlight.
