I tore this page out of a magazine...eons ago. I've been saving it forever. I want to blow it up into a huge poster and paste it on my front door. Or, have it printed on canvas for some above-the-couch wall art. Or turn it into fabric. It's so cool. I thought I would share it with you. I'm scanning more papery things around here, trying to minimize the paper clutter, and turn it all into digital clutter. Digital clutter can be shared. =)
I have seen prints on canvas and painted like this at local markets! You should look when they start up again.
ReplyDeleteI tear out pretty things like that too! And I love the doors. Makes you wonder what wonderfulness is on the other side.
ReplyDeleteI have never seen a digital photo printed on canvas. It sounds like a fantastic idea! Indeed this photo is great, the colors, the shapes and the design are all beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThis would be gorgeous as a canvas print! What a pop of color, and so many color schemes to go with you, you'll be decorating the rest of your life. ;)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. There was a lovely poster of Dublin's (Ireland) doors at the language school where I used to teach.http://www.google.fr/imgres?hl=en&sa=X&tbo=d&biw=1280&bih=963&tbm=isch&tbnid=BWHb_3sV7V1J1M:&imgrefurl=http://www.interestingideas.com/ii/alarm.htm&docid=5pPj4MIakUtXIM&imgurl=http://www.interestingideas.com/ii/pix/poster.jpg&w=280&h=450&ei=hT4OUYb1JaeZ0QWckoA4&zoom=1&iact=hc&vpx=72&vpy=80&dur=2515&hovh=285&hovw=177&tx=108&ty=117&sig=103133129922016381587&page=1&tbnh=137&tbnw=81&start=0&ndsp=53&ved=1t:429,r:1,s:0,i:85
